01Who we are

“The Empire Circle” (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the publisher and seller of The Faceless Empire System — a set of educational digital ebooks covering how to build, monetize, and scale faceless, AI-assisted YouTube channels. Payments are processed by Whop, our Merchant of Record (see Section 3).

02The Products

Our Products are downloadable PDF ebooks, currently offered in three editions:

• Quick-Start ($30) — a fast, action-only launch guide.
• Standard ($60) — the complete beginner blueprint.
• Masterclass ($150) — the full system, including the Prompt Vault, automation workflows, and a VIP membership edition.

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. We do not add separate sales tax or VAT at checkout, so the total you approve at checkout is the amount you pay (see Section 3).

03Payments & the Merchant of Record

Our order process and payments are handled by Whop (Whop Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record for the payment transaction — it processes your payment and issues your receipt. Prices are charged in US dollars, and the price shown is the total you pay: we do not add separate sales tax or VAT at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply where you live. The Empire Circle remains the seller and supplier of the Products themselves (including their description, delivery, support, and refund decisions). Whop’s own buyer terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms.

04Delivery & access

Products are delivered digitally, immediately after your payment is confirmed — via an on-screen download and/or a link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. By completing checkout you ask us to begin supplying the digital content immediately (this is relevant to your withdrawal rights — see Section 6). It is your responsibility to enter a valid email address and to download and store your files. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact us (Section 14) and we will help.

05Your licence

When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own individual, non-commercial learning. Each purchase is licensed to a single person.

You may not:

• reproduce, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Product or any part of it;
• share your copy, files, or any membership access with others;
• post the Product publicly or upload it to file-sharing services;
• remove or alter any copyright, branding, or ownership notices.

The strategies, prompts, and templates inside the Products are yours to apply freely in building your own channels and businesses. The written work itself remains ours.

06Refunds & the EU/UK right of withdrawal

Our full Refund Policy explains when we offer refunds on our instant-delivery digital Products. In addition:

EU/EEA & UK consumers — 14-day withdrawal right

As a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, for digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once supply has begun where you (a) gave your express prior consent to immediate supply and (b) acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal. You give that consent and acknowledgement when you complete checkout and download begins. This does not affect the conformity rights described in Section 10.

US customers

US law does not require a cooling-off period for online digital purchases, so all sales are final except in the limited situations set out in our Refund Policy.

07Educational purpose & no income guarantee (FTC)

Consistent with US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance on earnings claims, we make no representation of average, typical, or expected earnings. Any figures, examples, or “worked math” shown in the Products or on this website are illustrative, hypothetical examples used to explain a concept — not projections, promises, or typical results, and not endorsements or testimonials. Nothing we provide is financial, legal, tax, or business advice.

08Third-party tools & platform rules

Our Products reference third-party tools and platforms (for example, AI writing, voice, and image tools, and YouTube itself) by category. We do not control these services; their features, pricing, and availability may change, and you are responsible for verifying and complying with each service’s own terms.

You are solely responsible for how you use what you learn. You agree to follow YouTube’s Terms of Service and monetization policies, to disclose AI-generated or synthetic content where required, and to respect the copyright and intellectual property of others. Model what works — never copy it.

09Intellectual property

All content in the Products and on this website — text, design, branding, “The Empire Circle” and “The Faceless Empire” names, logos, and the Prompt Vault — is owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence (Section 5) does not transfer any ownership to you.

10Your statutory consumer rights (EU/UK & US)

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory legal rights you have as a consumer. Where these Terms conflict with consumer protections that cannot be waived in your country or state, those protections prevail.

EU/EEA & UK consumers

Digital content we supply must match its description and be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, in line with the EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a Product is faulty or materially not as described, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity or to an appropriate price reduction or refund. These rights are in addition to our Refund Policy and are free of charge.

US consumers

You are protected by the FTC Act and by the consumer-protection statutes of your state. Some US states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of Section 11 may not apply to you; in that case those limitations apply only to the extent permitted by your state’s law.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Products and website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for your non-excludable statutory consumer rights (Section 10). Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, the above limitations apply to you only to the extent permitted where you live.

12Governing law & disputes

Talk to us first

If you have a problem, please contact us (Section 14) before starting any formal proceeding. Most issues are resolved quickly and informally, and we ask for the chance to do that within 30 days.

EU/EEA & UK consumers

You benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, and nothing here deprives you of them. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your home country, and you may be entitled to use an out-of-court alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country.

US customers

For customers outside the EU/EEA and UK, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located there have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Changes apply to purchases made after they are posted; continued use of a Product means you accept the current Terms.
